High Mpa Valve Group is renowned for manufacturing some of the industry's most reliable cast and forged steel Pressure Balance Lubricated Valves. Our Southern California Valve Lubricated Type Plug Valves come in three variations: Short, Regular, and Venturi Patterns. These patterns differ regarding end-to-end dimensions and port area for a given valve size. The Regular Pattern valves boast the largest port areas. The Short Pattern valves feature reduced port areas due to their compact face-to-face dimensions, which match those of wedge gate valves. Venturi Pattern valves offer a reduced port area with a flow path resembling a venturi shape to aid pressure recovery. All valve designs adhere to API 599, API 6D, and B16.34 standards. Face-to-face and end-to-end dimensions are consistent with ANSI B16.10 specifications.
