Introduction
GZP Pipeline Ball Valves are manufactured by the latest edition of API 6D and rigorously tested to meet the same standard. They have passed the API 607 fire test standard for soft seal valves, ensuring their reliability in emergencies. Before shipment, all valves undergo a strict 100% testing process to guarantee zero leakage.
These valves are essential for fluid regulation and control, particularly in emergency cut-off scenarios where high safety and operational reliability are paramount. They find widespread application in petroleum refining, long pipeline systems, natural gas distribution, power generation, metallurgy, energy systems, and gas chemicals.
The stem of a ball valve drives the ball to rotate around its axis, allowing for closure with a 90-degree rotation and minimal torque. Ball valves are renowned for their excellent sealing performance, lightweight operation, and long service life.
The main construction features of GZP Pipeline Ball Valves include:
1. Body Construction: Available in 1-piece, 2-piece, 3-piece, and welded designs.

5. Sealing Design: Multi-sealing design ensures robust sealing performance. In the event of primary seal damage or leakage, a secondary seal design provides emergency rescue capabilities. The fire-safe design forms a metal-to-metal seat in case the sealing ring is burned by fire, effectively preventing the spread of media and fire.
6. Fire Safe and Anti-Static Design: A conductive spring is incorporated between the ball and stem, stem, and body, to ground static energy through an electrostatic channel, preventing static ignition of flammable media and ensuring system safety.
7. Blowout-proof stem, automatic pressure relief design, emergency grease injection design, drain valve, locking device, anti-corrosion design, anti-sulfur design, etc.
Blowout-proof stem: The stem employs a bottom-mounting design to prevent it from being blown out by high-pressure media, even in the event of abnormal pressure rises in the valve body or ineffective packing glands.
Highly efficient sealing structure: The packing features a strategically designed V-shaped structure, which efficiently converts the internal body cavity's medium pressure and the external gland's locking force into sealing force for the valve stem.
Automatic pressure relief design: In cases where the stagnant medium experiences abnormal pressure increases due to temperature changes, the medium pressure will push the valve seat away from the ball, enabling automatic pressure relief. Once pressure relief is achieved, the valve seat can automatically reset.
Drain valve: The drain valve is designed to check for seat leaks and discharge retained media from the body cavity, thereby minimizing pollution from the media.
