Threaded Forged Check Valve

GZP Forged Steel Valves are manufactured in accordance with the latest editions of API 602, BS 5352, and ASME B16.34 standards. They undergo rigorous testing per API 598 to ensure quality. All forged steel valves from GZP VALVE undergo a strict 100% testing protocol before shipment, guaranteeing zero leakage.

GZP Forged Valves include forged-steel gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and forged ball valves, widely used in boilers, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, energy systems, and critical power industry applications.

The main construction features:

1. Available in full-bore and standard-bore (reduced-bore) designs.

2. Three bonnet designs for forged gate valves, globe valves, and check valves: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet, and pressure seal design.

3. Y-pattern body for forged globe valves, extended bodies, and stems for all forged valves.

4. Options for integral flanged end and welded flanged end designs.

5. Forged Ball Valves can be configured with metal-seat or soft-seat designs in floating ball construction.
