"Y" type forged steel valve has three bonnet designs:

The first is bolted bonnet, according to this design, the valve body and the bonnet are connected with bolt nuts, wound gasket (316 clip flexible graphite manufacturing) sealed. Customers with special requirements can also use metal ring connection. The second design form is welded valve cover, sweep the design of the valve, the valve body and the valve cover connected with thread, internal pressure sealing ring seal.

Globe and check valves can be designed as "Y" type valves
