How to maintain stainless steel ball valve?
1. The non-metal parts are taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and do not soak for a long time;
2. Metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline, and non-metal parts can be cleaned with pure water or alcohol;
3. When cleaning, pay attention to remove all grease, dirt, glue and dust that adhere to the wall surface;
4. When the ball valve is disassembled and then assembled, be careful to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the parts, especially non-metal parts. It is best to use special tools when removing the O-ring;
5. Another point is that new parts must be cleaned during assembly;
6. Grease used. It must be compatible with ball valve metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts and working media.
7. Normal working conditions and maintain a harmonious temperature/pressure ratio;
8. When the ball valve is closed, there is still a pressurized fluid inside the valve body. Before maintenance, release the pipeline pressure and keep the valve in the open position;
9. The downstream pipeline can be disassembled only after the pressure has been relieved;
10. If there is a slight leakage at the packing, the stem nut must be locked (do not lock too tight, just stop the leakage)
