1. Before use, the pipeline and the overflow part of the valve body should be cleaned with water to prevent residual iron filings and other debris from entering the inner cavity of the valve body.

Before overhauling the ball valve, first close the shut-off valve in front of the ball valve, and then open the part of the ball valve that needs to be overhauled, so as to completely release the internal pressure of the valve body. 4. When disassembling and assembling the flange cast steel ball valve, the bolts and nuts on the flange should be firm first, and then all the nuts should be tightened slightly, and finally, they should be firm and firm. If the individual nuts are forcibly firmed first, and then the other nuts are secured, the cushion surface will be damaged or broken due to uneven lining between the flange surfaces, resulting in leakage of the medium out of the valve flange.
5. If the valve is cleaned, the solvent used must not be debated with the parts to be cleaned, and should not be corrupted. If it is a special ball valve for gas, it can be washed with gasoline. Other parts are usually washed with medium water. When washing, it is necessary to thoroughly wash away the remaining dust, oil and other attachments. If it cannot be washed with clean water, it can be washed with alcohol and other detergents without damaging the valve body and parts. . After washing is completed, wait for the detergent to evaporate completely before holding the device.
6. If there is a small leak at the packing found in the course of utilization, the stem nut can be tightened slightly until the leak is stopped, and it is not possible to continue tightening.
7. Long-term storage in the open air will cause the valve body and parts to rust and cannot be used normally. When the ball valve is stored, it should be rain, water, and moisture proof, and the flange cover should be tightly capped. Valves stored for more than 12 months should be re-tested when used to ensure stable performance.
